Tiera is the owner of Lily & Leaf Bridal Boutique and Lily on Main Salon, bringing over six years of experience in the beauty industry. She specializes in bridal hair and makeup, with a passion for helping brides feel confident, radiant, and completely themselves on one of the most important days of their lives.

As both a salon and boutique owner, Tiera has created a space where beauty and bridal seamlessly come together—offering a full, elevated experience for every client who walks through the door.

Outside of the salon, Tiera is a proud mom to her beautiful daughter, who inspires her daily to lead with purpose, build something meaningful, and pave the way for future generations. She believes that beauty starts from within and is passionate about helping others see just how unique, confident, and beautiful they truly are.

She is a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background and hands-on experience in the emergency room, where she has developed the ability to deliver fast, attentive, and compassionate care. She will complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in July, further strengthening her foundation in safe, patient-centered practice.

She is certified in advanced neurotoxin injections, lip filler, and microneedling, combining medical expertise with an artistic eye to create natural, confidence-boosting results. Her passion goes beyond aesthetics—she believes true beauty starts from within and should radiate outward.

Empowerment is at the core of everything she does. She is dedicated to creating a space where women feel confident, supported, and unapologetically themselves.

Kennedy is a licensed esthetician with extensive experience in full body waxing, specializing in refined brow services and Brazilian waxing. She also offers custom spray tanning, delivering smooth, flawless, and radiant results tailored to each client. With a strong passion for her work and a deep understanding of her craft, she prioritizes each client’s comfort, care, and confidence above all. Kennedy aims to create a space where all bodies, identities, and comfort-levels feel safe and welcome! Her mission is to build an inclusive environment open to all communities, where beauty is celebrated in every form and everyone who walks through the door feels seen, supported, and confident.
